• Employers: Company name, contact person details, email, phone, and billing/credit information.

We use your data strictly to facilitate the recruitment process on Green Hyre. For candidates, your contact details and CV are masked by default and only revealed to employers when you apply to their job or when they use a platform credit to unlock your profile.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Resumes and CVs are stored securely in protected storage buckets, and passwords are cryptographically hashed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Candidate data is exclusively shared with approved employers on the Platform as part of the job application or profile unlock process.
