1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Green Hyre ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Green Hyre is a niche job board dedicated to the green, sustainability, and climate-tech sectors. We reserve the right to remove job postings or employer accounts that do not align with this positioning.

3. For Employers

  • Accounts: Employer accounts are created via manual approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Credits & Unlocks: Purchasing a credit allows you to unlock a candidate's contact details for a 30-day window. Credits are non-refundable.
  • Data Usage: You agree to use candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes and not to distribute or sell this data.

4. For Candidates

Submitting your CV or applying for a job does not guarantee employment. By submitting your information, you consent to employers viewing your anonymized profile, and accessing your full contact details if they choose to unlock your profile or if you apply directly to their job.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
